Absolute bullshit. Women can't just sleep with anyone we WANT. The exact same thing happens to women that happens to men--frequently the men we're interested in aren't interested in us. You thinking that women have some sort of sexual advantage over men is antiquated and frightening, and fuels this gross idea that rape is okay because women are "holding out" on sex. Both people in a sexual relationship have agency and both people need to take responsibility for their own behavior.
