Ah, the supposedly "non-religious" forced birther. You all are the most evil. There isn't a single rational reason for making abortion illegal. None.

The majority of pregnancies self-abort. An embryo/fetus feels and thinks nothing, because it doesn't have a functioning brain, and all abortions in this country take place long before the fetus has a functioning brain, unless the fetus has a fatal deformity. Forcing a family to carry a non-viable fetus to term to then watch their baby die should be left up to the discretion of those families and never forced.

Adoptive kids often go through all kinds of emotional and mental problems. People who give up babies go through all kinds of emotional and mental problems.

You are talking about giving more rights to a brainless embryo than a full grown woman with a life and maybe even children. Many people who already have children get abortions because they do not have the resources to care for another child.

No one else's pregnancy, miscarriage or abortion is any of your damn business whatsoever. And you're correct that no religious opinion on abortion matters. It doesn't.

There absolutely is a Bible-based concept that a baby doesn't receive its soul until it takes its first breath, because that's what they taught at my church growing up.
