America is Done if No Politicians Are Charged for Sedition
As any sane person watching the House select committee January 6 insurrection hearings knows, there is a mountain of evidence against trump and other Republican politicians. It’s making the Watergate Hearings look like nothing. From the first words uttered on the first day of the hearings, it was clear to any fool that trump has committed serious crimes against his country, and he did it with the aid of several high-level Republican politicians who are somehow still in office today.
There’s little denying the US is on the decline. But if trump and other Republican politicians don’t serve prison time for their crimes, the decline will be like a jet plunging into the earth, and there will be death and destruction. There will likely be some death and destruction if trump and his cohorts do go to prison, but make no mistake — things will be worse if they don’t.
Next time, the goons will be ready. Next time, rabid white nationalists fueled by “alternative facts” will take the White House by force. They’re well-armed and itching to do it, and there are plenty of trump sympathizers in the military and police forces who might just choose to turn against their country and stand with the traitors. They’re angry, irrational, and just looking for an excuse to use force on their fellow Americans. As fun as it’s been to watch all…
