But men have always behaved this way. Always. It’s how they keep power over women. Yelling, threatening, and then of that doesn’t work, eventually, violence. It’s not all their fault, because most men are raised to not even understand their own feelings or how to deal with those feelings and then they explode. But it’s not recent behavior. It’s ancient. Lots of yelling goes on behind closed doors, too. Always has.
