Everyone understands the embryo/fetus in the uterus is a human being. But the pregnant human being is the one with rights. The pregnant human being has the right to decide if they can care for an eventual baby. An embryo/fetus doesn't even know it exists. An embryo/fetus isn't a legal person. An embryo/fetus can't be represented by a lawyer. You ignore science and reason when you ignore that.
