Holy crap. That’s awful. My dad isn’t the violent one, and I don’t think he’s ever killed an animal that wasn’t suffering, but if he has, it wouldn’t particularly surprise me as he doesn’t particularly like animals. He grew up on a farm, but he never has understood the concept of pets. My mom did the vast majority of the hitting.
