I Finally Figured Out Why Republicans Are OK With Lindsey Graham
Even though he’s obviously gay
A couple of years ago, conservative South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham made the news when gay porn star Sean Harding Tweeted out:
“There is a homophobic republican senator who is no better than Trump who keeps passing legislation that is damaging to the lgbt and minority communities. Every sex worker I know has been hired by this man. Wondering if enough of us spoke out if that could get him out of office?”
His next Tweet read: “I cannot do this alone. If you’d be willing to stand with me against LG please let me know.”
LG, the public soon learned, is short for “Lady G” or “Lady Graham,” which is Lindsey Graham’s nickname among gay male escorts in Washington D.C. Soon, the hashtags #LadyG and #LadyGraham were trending on Twitter, and gay male escorts began spilling the proverbial beans. Apparently Graham has them sign non-disclosure agreements before having sex with them.
One would think that amongst conservatives, this might have been the type of scandal that would actually still force a conservative politician to step down — pussy grabbing and pedophilia are okay, but consensual sex between two adult men?
