I know I’m equal. Problem is there’s a decent percentage of men who really don’t agree with that. Women still put up with lower pay, sexual harassment, and some men treating us like we’re stupid at work. It’s harder to ask your male boss for a raise when he treats the women like employees and the men like “the boys.” I’m sure men have plenty of challenges at work as well.
