I'm not equating the words and actions of a loud, far-right faction. I'm talking about white people. All of us white people. We built this country for us in order to make money. We talk about rights and freedom, but really this country was built for white men to have freedom and make money, and white women benefit by associating ourselves with white men.

White people in this society are afforded a whole shit ton of advantages and forgiveness Americans of color simply do not get.

As to Obama, your analysis of his oration skills is hilarious. He's been the most eloquent president in my lifetime, and I was born during the Nixon Administration. Was he perfect? Far from it. Did he get a hell of a lot more done than most presidents? Absofuckinglutely.
