In Portland, as in all the protests everywhere, it was far right groups that showed up and started violence with peaceful protestors. Leftist protests are generally peaceful until Proud Boys, Boogaloo Boys, Nazis and white nationalists show up starting violence and lighting fires.

All people want is better policing. That's it. None of the violence would happen if we'd all be grown ups and get the racists out of our police forces.
