Because I’m thirsty for conservative white male tears

The Obama years were so refreshing on so many levels. After eight agonizing years of President Idiot Boy the First, voting in a respected, intelligent president was not only a huge relief, but across our great land, there were wells and wells of conservative white male tears to quench one’s thirst and soul and oh those days were SO fine. As a naive white lady, I was unprepared for this level of white male discomfort, as I didn’t understand precisely how hilariously fragile the conservative white male actually is. Once I had a taste of their bitter face juices, though, I was jonesing for my daily dose.

“You and your daughter will end up in burkas before this is all over!” One particularly delicate white conservative man told me once in 2009, his whole body shaking with acrimony and despair as I drank my fill of his anguish. Sigh. Those were the good old days.

Of course the pandemic has made a decent source for my supply of conservative white male tears, because real men don’t wear diapers on their faces to contain their germs, but the goddamned Lowe’s won’t let them in without one, boo hoo. But the pandemic won’t last forever, and I’m in need of some serious white-male-face misery.
