There are not "plenty " of women have good relationships with men or who have decent men in their lives. I'm in a tiny minority. My husband truly does respect and love me. Most of my friends have horror stories about how bad their husbands treat them. My single, middle-aged friends continue to meet men who are selfish and expect to be waited on.
