Trump Supporters Are the Ultimate Anti-Patriots
The Russian invasion of Ukraine is not a good look for Trump supporters
Perhaps the most frustrating thing about trump supporters is their childlike insistence that they are patriots, when they are almost as far away from being patriots as you can get. They wear all the cheap flag clothing made in China, fly American flags on their trucks and houses, and yet they worship a fool whose heroes include tyrannical, murderous dictators Kim Jong Un and Vladimir Putin.
I know it’s been a while since the 1980s, and maybe some of you youngins don’t really understand that the Russian government will always be corrupt, but these older Trump supporters have no excuse. They watched Red Dawn just like the rest of us. They lived under the constant threat of nuclear war with Russia just like the rest of us. They have no one to blame for their short memories and their gullible faith in Trump except themselves. Eric Trump is on video proclaiming, “We have all the funding we need out of Russia,” speaking about his family’s business.
In fact, Trump does a lot of business with Russian oligarchs. He sells them a fuckton of real estate in Florida — $100 million worth to be exact — which also allows those Russian elites to launder their dirty money, because of course none of their wealth is…
