What the hell does “men are not inclined” for elementary school teaching even mean? So men are allowed to be “not inclined” for a profession but women aren’t? Just because more women are elementary school teachers does NOT mean the profession should be maligned or underpaid.
Last year I interviewed a woman who started her own engineering firm. Men have ABSOLUTELY tried to keep her from being successful. She had trouble winning bids for jobs only because she was a woman and not part of the old boys’ network.
Women on the other hand are not trying to keep men from being grade school teachers.
Can’t you be honest for even a second?
