When I worked in customer service, it was *never* black men who behaved this way. It was only older white men. My daughter is in customer service now and she describes the exact same privileged behavior from older white men. They like to ridicule, demean, and generally bully others. Not all of them, of course, but if you’re going to have a rude customer, there’s a damn good chance it’s a white guy. White women Karens run a close second.
